We are sorry to announce the passing of Dr. Stanley Rosner, beloved husband of Blanche and father to David, Elisa, Adam and Jennifer.
The funeral will be held Friday, September 20 at 1:00 pm, graveside at the Congregation Agudath Sholom Cemetery on Westhill Road in Stamford.
Shiva will be held following burial from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at Congregation Agudath Sholom, 301 Strawberry Hill Avenue, Stamford, CT.
May Blanche and her entire family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

We are sorry to announce the passing of Mr. J. Michael Fried, beloved husband of Janet Fried, father of CAS Immediate Past President Rachel & Nimrod Dayan and Miriam & Aaron Klein, grandfather of Rebecca, Max, AJ, Hannah, Jonah and Gabriel, and brother of Arthur & Susan Fried.

The family is sitting shiva, through Friday morning, at the Fried home, 25 East 86 Street, Apartment 9B.  
Visiting hours:
    • 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM
    • 1:30 PM - 4:40 PM
    • 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Davening times as follows:
    • Mincha - 7:00 PM on Wednesday and 2:00 PM on Thursday
    • Shacharit - 7:00 AM on Thursday
Janet, Rachel and Miriam will continue Shiva at Rachel's home - 115 Overbrook Drive, Stamford CT - on Motzei Shabbat from 8:30-11 PM.  Shiva will conclude on Sunday morning, following 9 AM Davening.

The family requests that in lieu of providing food, donations be made to the Congregation Agudath Sholom Building Campaign in Michael's memory.

May the entire Fried/Dayan family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM tomorrow, Monday, September 9th at Congregation Orach Chaim, 1459 Lexington Ave, New York, NY. Burial to follow at New Montefiore Cemetery, 1180 Wellwood Avenue, West Babylon, New York.

Shiva, through Friday morning, will be at the Fried home, 25 East 86 Street, Apartment 9B.

We are sorry to announce the passing of  Ronald S. Schacht, beloved father of  Patti Ellen Schacht,  Bonnie Anne Schacht Johnson (and her husband, David Johnson) and Cindy Joy Schacht , brother of Barbara Ann Horowitz (and her husband, Hal Horowitz) long term companion of Norma Kraut, step father of Elissa Klapper (and her husband, Philip Klapper) and Claudia Kraut Rimerman, grandfather of Cory, Jaime and Dana Johnson, Hannah and Sally Klapper, and Herbie, EJ and Emma Rimerman.  
The funeral will be on Wednesday, September 4th at 10:00 AM at Agudath Sholom, 301 Strawberry Hill Ave, Stamford, followed by burial at the Agudath Sholom cemetery. 
Shiva will be observed at the home of Bonnie and David Johnson, 27 Winesap Rd. in Stamford on Wednesday immediately following the services until 9:00 pm, Thursday night from 5:00 - 9:00 pm and Saturday 8:15-10:00 pm.  Evening services will take place Wednesday and Thursday night at 7:00 pm at the Johnson home.
May Patti, Bonnie, Cindy, Barbara and the entire family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

Congregation Agudath Sholom
We are sorry to announce the passing of Helen Blumenstock, beloved mother of Jill Green, this past Sunday.
The funeral was held in Queens, NY.
Jill is currently sitting Shiva in Long Island with her family and will return to Stamford for Shabbos to complete Shiva Saturday night (9 - 10:30 pm) at her home, 18 Fieldstone Circle (Click here for directions).  Sunday morning minyan will be at 8 am after which Jill will be getting up from Shiva. 
May Jill and her entire family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
