| The funeral for Rabbi Ehrenkranz will take place today, Tuesday, at Agudath Sholom, 301 Strawberry Hill Avenue in Stamford at 2:00 PM. Although we have arranged for additional parking at St. Bridget's Church across the street from Agudath Sholom, we highly recommend that you carpool. There will be police officers present to direct traffic, and we have also arranged for security guards in the parking lot and the shul. There will be a tent outside the sanctuary on the Newfield Avenue side in which cohanim may sit and listen to the funeral. We hope to have a live feed of the funeral at this link, but we cannot guarantee it. G-d willing, we will put up a recorded version afterwards. The burial will take place at the Agudath Sholom Cemetery. Mincha will take place at the cemetery, and maariv will be held in Fairfield (see below.) Shiva will be observed Tuesday through Friday at Laura Ehrenkranz's home, 72 Pine Ridge Rd. Fairfield, CT and Saturday night through Monday morning at Doris (Ehrenkranz) Friedenberg's home, 1249 Sussex Rd, Teaneck, NJ. There will be minyanim Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday mornings at 7:00 AM and Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings at 5:30 PM. Please click here to view the tribute to Rabbi Ehrenkrantz that Channel 12 News broadcast yesterday and here to view the Rabbi's obituary. Last but not least, many of us were privileged to hear Rabbi Ehrenkranz speak this past August at Agudath Sholom. Shalom TV taped the lecture and we are so pleased to be able to share it with you here so that Rabbi Ehrenkranz's energetic love of Torah and Judaism may be for a blessing. May the entire family, the CAS and Stamford communities,
and the greater Jewish community be comforted among the
mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
