Sad News from Congregation Agudath Sholom | | We are sorry to announce the passing of Harold Hessel, beloved husband of Naomi Hessel, father to Nancy Hessel Gross (David), Mark Hessel (Terri), Gail Hessel Goodman (Michael), Deborah Chaikind, Maura Chaikind Miles (Douglas) and Alyssa Chaikind, grandfather to Benjamin Hessel (Shayna), Kimberly Hessel Dahl (Erik), Joshua Goodman (Taryn), Jonathan Goodman (Jessica), Zachary Milles (fiancée Carly) and Nathan Milles, and great-grandfather to Cason, Avery, Zelda, Dayla and Caspian. The funeral will be held Sunday, August 3rd at 3 PM at Congregation Agudath Sholom, followed by burial at the Congregation Agudath Sholom Cemetery. .Shiva will follow at Edgehill Community - 122 Palmers Hill Road in Stamford - in the Laurel Room beginning at 4:45 PM.
