We are sorry to announce the passing of Phyllis Prince, beloved mother of Jimmy Prince, Danny Prince and Melissa Prince Quisenberry, of blessed memory. 

The funeral will be held on Thursday at 11 AM at Cedar Park Cemetery in Paramus, NJ. Shiva will be at Jimmy's home, 226 E. 51st in New York on Thursday from 3 PM  - 8 PM and Friday from 10 AM - 2 PM. 

May Jimmy and Danny be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
