We are sorry to announce the passing of Mendel (Mel) Klapper, Yosef Menachem Ben Yeshua Heschel, just shy of his 95th birthday, beloved father of Joshua (Carla) Klapper, Philip (Elissa) Klapper and Debbie (David) Seltzer, grandfather to Elliot (Ilisa) Klapper, Natalie (Simmy) Richton, Hannah and Sally Klapper, Jennifer (Elliot) Kollander, Amanda (Allon) Waltuch, Evan (Ariella) Seltzer, Michael (Ilana) Seltzer and 22 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be today at 12:45 pm graveside at Wellwood Cemetery - 1400 Wellwood Ave in West Babylon/Farmingdale. Meet at the office.
